Gitche Gumee hosts the GWA writers readings, which we really appreciate! The owners are excellent and there are plenty of cool old records. The place is a bit small, but it offers free coffee and snacks if you want them, and I hear they're moving to a bigger location soon! If they don't have what you want they'll get it for you, and they even play records while you shop! Yay for vinyl revival, but there's local music, art, and CDs too!
Great place with a relaxing atmosphere, big selection, and fair prices. There's free wifi and you can hang out and do homework or play games while sipping on tea or coffee and listening to good music. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been there yet!
cute little record shop. i wouldnt call it a "cafe" though, they just have drip coffee.
