they didn't take my payment from my credit card as I asked them to do, then when I checked with them few months later I was surprised that I have a remaining balance but now they refuse to take my payment from my dental credit card saying that is too late, like over 90 days after the procedure! ,...I checked with my credit company and they were stunned that they won't take my payment---clear evidence of discrimination!

They saw me right away and the Dr. was very pleasant. Staff was helpful. Didn't get my tooth extracted because they wanted to extract all of them because they say I do need dentures. Unfortunately, even with insurance that is not always a option for everyone. ( As I would love it to be). Next step..who knows.
worst experience ever!, the doctor didn't introduce himself, was talking from behind the whole time plus he filled up my cavity with some material without asking for my consent or telling me the options that I have, I am planning to sue this place !
They spent little to no time doing any actual cleaning during my visit. After an hour in the dentist's chair, my teeth were left stained and untreated.
I was told initial visit $71 with the applied coupon in office. Yet the initial visit could be more, receptionist. Consequently, first visit was free with a dental Accessment of over $5,000 , that could be financed.
I can't stress enough for you not to use their service, it's beyond horrible!!!
I found another reputable dentist that honestly served my present dental need at $212.
Finally, Dr. Golba's chair-side manner is despicable. He is cold, talks mainly about costs and time, and is concerned about getting people in and out without consideration of the patient who is sitting right in front of him.
I had my wisdom teeth removed at this dental office, where I was told I would give some form of medication to calm me down so I would be able to easily go through the procedure. I was not given any and proceeded to nearly have a panic attack in the dental chair. Prior to this event, I had a consultation and x-ray for my wisdom teeth, upon leaving I was told that my first visit was free (I had never been to any Aspen dental prior to my visit). Today I received a bill for that visit in the mail for over $200.
The only good element at Aspen is Dave, who makes the partials. He knows what he is doing and listens to the wants of his clients.
A couple of months ago, I went in to get fitted for partials. When I returned to receive them, adjustments were made, but they still didn't fit. It has taken over a month for them to fit my partials properly with a week in between each visit. When I have gone in for fitting and adjustments, I have asked to be able to wear the partials for a bit to detect any need for adjustments. The staff has said that would be fine, but, when I return for adjustments, they turn me away for lack of time for me. This happened twice. And I live two hours away!
I made two separate appointments for my cleaning, one in July and the other in August, and they were both cancelled from the clinic without even an apology!, they cancelled on the day of the appointment- total disrespect for my time !
