In store is fine, in store associates are nice. However ANY time i call, the associate on phone always has a negative mood and a lot of the time I recieve an attitude when im asking simple questions. I also understand that its a busy business but i dont want to wait 10 minutes to have questions answered. Im currently trying to get a hold of an associate and ive been on hold for 5 minutes.
Waited for a full day getting tires put on, drove home and realized they weren't balanced properly, called and they said bring it back they didn't have the right size weights so they put other ones on, brand new tires went flat overnight because the rims weren't properly cleaned, called and talked to auto center manager and he said bring it for 7am and they would prioritize it so brought it there and waited 4 more hours before they would take it in, and only after I called the store manager. Never ever getting anything done at Walmart or shopping there again. The thought of going in the store makes me want to vomit. Hello Target my new friend.
Good variety. Almost always crowded. Produce adequate.
the auto shop, and pharmacy there. Very convenient. The employees are friendly and helpful. However, the cashiers need to learn how to bag items so the bags don't break. Partly due to poor quality bags. Also, the manager could acknowledge customers when he's walking through the store. He stares straight ahead. When I've complained to 1-800 number or various managers it is taken seriously and I do see changes. Overall, Walmart is great.
Its seems walmart just doesnt care about customers anymore. With a cart full of groceries, I saw the last register close down only leaving the self serve ones. ( they did open 1 and only one register again) this was a Sunday night at 7pm. The shelves seem to be empty by at least 4pm now. Also has anyone else noticed that every other grocery store in Marquette area has updated except walmart which only got more self serve aisles. Looks like Meijer will be appreciated here.
I love Walmart. If they don't have it I don't need it. I like having the hair salon,
