Friendly and knowledgable customer service provides comfortable environment, education for the curious or those in need, and ease of finding/discussing exactly what you are looking to purchase. Anything, and I mean anything, can be created based on your floral wishes. Widest array of floral design available locally that exceeds other local flower shops I have been to, including basic floral design to artistic creativity. Having opened only 4 years ago, this little shop has already quickly become widely known and hailed as one of the best flower shops in to, and I agree and urge you to stop in and see why. Owned and operated by longtime Marquette residents, both of which have over 30 years of floral experience, provide a genuinely fun and warm experience and offer traditional designs as well as European styles by a master floral designer that is not available in any other flower shops in the Upper Peninsula!! Highly recommend!

So impressed with this florist! I called from out of state to order an orchid for someone in the hospital. Not only was the orchid beautiful, but they sent someone back up to the hospital to explain how to take care of it (instructions were too small). They re-wrote the instructions to be clearer. Now that is excellent customer service!

They did a phenomenal job on my order from out of town--so good, in fact, that not only did the recipient think they were beautiful, but her colleague gushed over them so much she had to call that day and order some of her own for a friend. I requested a hybrid form of two styles on their website, which they were happy to create. A work of art! Appreciate the individual attention. Highly recommended
I purchased a barrel cactus and the staff was very friendly and provided helpful tips to keeping my cactus alive. What I think is neat is that all the arrangements are handmade and designed to be as customized as you want.
