The mangers don't do anything at this store when we got our tires changed. We had to stand around for 25 mins before someone could get to us. Will never go here again!
Worst experience and haircut I've ever had. Hair dresser was constantly distracted and left me multiple (4 or 5 times) in the middle of my haircut to tend to other various matters. Obviously this made my haircut incredibly uneven and way shorter than what I described and expected. Little care and little skill. Never going back and will let as many potential customers as possible know that this is the worst place in Marquette.
A dear friend and I stopped in for a spur-of-the-moment haircut and were pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience. Lesli gave us both a great haircut. It was quick, well-executed, professional, and fun! Thank you, Lesli. I will be back.
