Evolve has changed my life!! The instructors are positive, encouraging, and have given me so much great energy. I never thought I'd be able to keep up with Zumba, but I started on a whim in November and they have taught me how to dance!! So fun!! It's a great place for PiYo--I can plank!! Me--plank?! Yes yessss!!
The instructors at Evolve are passionate, fun, and professional. There are several options for classes and they will all make you sweat out those calories! Megan, Sheree, Kellie, and Jolene are great ladies! This is a place for everyone to go to work out and have fun. I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable. The first week is free and you can try out any or all of the classes during that week. Every one should give it a try!
