I would strongly not recommend AAA to anyone who needs automobile coverage. A client of my business claimed that we did damages to his vehicle. He had AAA for an insurance company, who filed the claim, and proceeded to provide a full vehicle repaint. I was never called or asked any questions. Next thing I know, I have a claim at my shop for $3,700. I then called "Person A" who sent me the letter, telling her I had pictures of the client inspecting the vehicle outside my shop after we detailed it. He shook my hand, said good job, and left. I also told her that on the paper that was sent to me, it shows the total claim amount, and on the front page that it included the insured $100 deductible. But on the second page, it shows he had a $500 deductible (and this was confirmed with the repair shop that it was $500). I asked her to send me photographs the adjuster took of the vehicle of the accused damages, but I did not receive anything for weeks. A month later I receive a letter from a collection agency that they wanted payment of this claim. I then contacted a different person in AAA collections and told them that I was suppose to receive photographs of the accused damages. She said she would send me the pictures of the "damaged vehicle". I then emailed "Person B" the proof I had that we did not do these damages. She said she would discuss it with her boss and get back to me. I called her two weeks later and found out she was on vacation for over a week. Then today, January 20th, 2016, I get a call from the collection agency and they tell me that the AAA person in collections emailed the collection agency saying I was contacting them, and that the collection agency should contact me. This is not the way an insurance company should handle business. They are not straight forward and are not there to help, or to do what's right. They just want money. What ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty?"

Daniel Adamini works for AAA, and he said we should gun down our kids on college campuses like Kent State. I encourage everyone to refuse to deal with AAA while this vile, disgusting man is employed by them. Fire Adamini and preserve the decency and respect of your business.

The life insurance agent (ironically he sells life insurance) advocated on social media for the killing of protesters. He claimed it would stop the killings, just like at Kent State. Keep it in mind before you spend your hard-earned money with Dan Adamini.
