Gerald, I am hoping you are a third grader because your spelling and grammar is atrocious! That hurt my brain just reading that. But he's right, at times they can be rude and are usually way off on their times and you do end up having to wait around. There is a solution to that however, call a head of time (if you can) and it will be ready.
