Overall great place to live
incredibly rude office staff who don't care about their properties or the people that live in them.
I rent at 1912 longyear and think it is a good place to live
Had some normal problems with fridge, sink and shower and maintenance guys showed up right away to fix them each time and did a great job
I love my apartment.
All utilities are paid for except for extra usage of electricity
This is horrible :( I've been here for about 2 months now they still haven't sent maintenance over to fix my walls which has holes in them and is peeling. I also have mold in my master shower and fungus growing from my carpet in the corner of my room and growing in the corner of the living room. My asthma has been acting up a lot more and sometimes i wake up with a stuffed nose and chest and an ear ache. I've called before multiple times and sent two or three maintenance request but still nothing.
Apartment is very fairly priced
I'd rather wish to put 0 out of 5. Buildings are horribly maintained. The company is rude and has been continually charging me after I left the place. This is a warning to stay FAR AWAY from this place!
Only problem I've had is in the summer it's too hot
