A great location for stores galore. However a poor execution made to keep these stores around. A very sad scenario to see an area that can support such stores, resulting in what appears to be poor management pushing them away.
Shop at kohls. Never disappointed. Excellent value. Well stocked no matter what you want. I shop there often.
Very few stores left in the mall. The ones that are there are awesome but not enough stores here.. the owners charge ridiculous rent so stores realize the cost is too much
The dollar store is an anchor store here and you have Riverside auto on the east end and the Michigan Secretary of State office inside (who will be relocating next year). Somewhat of a ghost mall otherwise. There are three out lots housing a car wash, Pizza Hut and Wendys. Wonder what is in store for this property in 2018?????
It's sad to see only the Secretary of State and Dollar Tree left here. I used to love stopping by Jims Music when I had to go to the Secretary of State. It made the whole process a little less painful. It's sad to walk into the building and see so many empty spots.
