I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had warranty repairs done in Greenbay and my whole car vibrated when driving. Riverside fixed it at no extra cost! Super fast and friendly staff. My car was done even sooner than they originally promised, and no more shaking when driving!
I've dealt with Riverside on mostly the service side of things, but they have always been expedient with the job, and fair with the price. Definitely recommend Riverside since Tim Dawson has take over as general manager!
After having some horrible service experiences here a years ago with my Dodge Caravan, (they no longer sell Chrysler products) I was VERY skeptical about purchasing from Riverside ever again. In fact, when I bought an Accord in 2007, I bought elsewhere and had it shipped!
The sale went great. It was easy enough. Service department was fast and friendly. However, when I asked for the second key to my vehicle, nobody wanted to talk to me. They kept spinning me, and told me I needed to talk to somebody else. The messages I left were ignored. After a year of this ongoing issue, I was finally told by the general manager that the best he could do was give me a discount on a key and that even though my Ford mykey system tells me there are 2 keys programmed to the car they're only required to give me one key. Also, it's a restricted key that I received, not the administration key so now I have restrictions on my speed, volume on my radio, and I'm an adult. I still have to pay $220 for a second key after the "discount". After being treated like that, I will never buy another vehicle from Riverside Marquette.
However when I was in the market for a new Ridgeline recently, decided to give them a second chance. Glad I did.
I only deal with the parts counter, they are friendly and very helpful when it comes to ordering parts for my 4Runner.
While I love my new truck, I had to bring it in recently for a recall and a minor body issue that required repainting a fender. I worked exclusively with body shop mgr Steve Dales, and all I can say is he has been fantastic!. The recall was completed, and the body work was perfect, however I was not happy with the color match. I am very fussy, and was expecting a hassle or some lame excuse about the color mis-match issue. Nope, Steve saw exactly what I was referring to, agreed that is not acceptable, and is contacting PPG to get this right. He assured me they will not finish till I am happy! What a concept! With such a great attitude, I am sure in the end I will be very satisfied. Looking at replacing my Accord soon, and because of people like Steve Dales, I will not be hesitant to purchase from Riverside again. Thanks, RM.
