your service SUCKS!!!! I made a reservation for a rental car then I called your office to confirm for the rental car and you tell me that you cant find my reservation. plus the agent tells me, I don't have no cars for you today! it should of told me that when I booked online. so, glad I called to confirm because I would of went 90 miles out of my way to get a rental car and there wouldn't of been one. so, not satisfied with your service! SUCKS! SUCKS! SUCKS! I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop the run around and say you don't rent one way. For the heck of it put dates almost a year out and guess what your sold out again for them dates. Be honest.
You are trying to get money for something that didn't happen while I had your car. I would NEVER rent a car from you personally. You don't even deserve one star.
