Staff at my local Marquette branch is superb. Friendly, organized and efficient. Well appointed car rented for an outstanding price. For both partnering with me on my business pursuits, and for an occasional personal rental, this is the place to go.
I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I called and reserved a vehicle earlier today and was given a confirmation number. I even received a confirmation email detailing my reservation, including pickup and drop off times. A few hours later I received a call from Enterprise telling me that there are no vehicles available at the location I made the reservation for and that I could be put on a waiting list. I don't understand having a confirmation number and email and then being told there is nothing available. So, i must rely on the waiting list now. The other car rentals in the area are fully booked, and I will likely have no transportation.
Love these guys! Erica has been helping me with rentals for two years at least and always goes above and beyond. Samantha and Mike have also been great. Their service cannot be improved on! They are exemplary.
