A+++ Best place in Marquette/county for transmission work! Work was done very quick, he also advised flushing the transmission cooler which I thankfully did. Metal shavings and dirt came out.
The owner is very direct and straightforward. He stated at the outset what the cost for my transmission rebuild would be and actually came in under his initial bid at completion. The cost for my transmission repair at this shop costed less then what I could purchase online and have shipped to my house. He asked me what type of work I did with my small pickup. I told him I used it for plowing snow and Hauling firewood. The rebuild was specific 4 those types of activities. I know a little bit about Transmissions (stress on the little bit). He put in heavier clutch packs and a low stall torque converter. He also replaced pins in the front suspension linkage on another occasion. I heard about this guy through a mutual acquaintance/friend. I have yet to be disappointed in fact my truck is currently at his shop now!
Very ignorant and rude people with some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I would strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere if you can.
