Used this store for a Best Buy online purchase pick up location for a TV. When I got home the tv screen was cracked. Brought it back and talked to a very unfriendly customer service rep named Matt. He accused me of mishandling the TV and since the box was in perfect condition it couldn’t have been them but since he was being a “nice” guy he would exchange it for the same TV. He didn’t finish the transaction, passed it on to someone else, and didn’t even offer additional insurance or protection which at this point I was highly considering. I’ve never dealt with such unfriendly customer service. He said I was costing him hundreds of dollars and just walked away huffing, puffing, and shaking his head. Seriously this is not how you treat your customers. Don’t ever walk away from an unhappy customer. Seriously doubting I’ll ever return to this store or even recommend it. Especially when I’ve purchased an Xbox, my first tv, my laptop, my chrome book, my go pro, my tv antennae, etc from Best Buy. Good job Matt!

Pricey labtops and too remote, needs to be in Petoskey or the Soo. Nice gaming merch if you like toys and stuff!
Friendly stuff, some of them are helpful and honest .I cannot blame the store for the quailty of products, but i do appreciate when they are honest about products, so you wont get any suprises. They usually price match ,but always check the main website just in case.
The store was empty so I'm not shocked we had excellent service. Either way, it was nice getting the help needed. I'd give higher rating, but the prices were too much! $45 for a screen protector is way too much. Ill buy it for less then 1/2 on Amazon. Com.
