We own a 12 year old Northland Builders Home in Chocolay Twp. As I write, we have a construction crew re-flashing and repairing the chimney. Not only was the flashing done incorrectly, but the chimney was not even wrapped with Tyvek. They just nailed Vinyl Siding to the wood, now rotted. There have been other serious issues as well. This company cuts too many corners. I would not trust them to build a shed.
