I have lived here for a little over 6 and a half years, and my experience has been a great one. It is very quiet here, and there is no riff raff. Tom Tourville and, The ladies in the office, (Especially Linda) are AWESOME!! Whenever I need something fixed, the maintenance crew" Darryl, Nick, and Dan are immediately on it. No waiting whatsoever! I love it here, and hope to remain a tenant for years to come!

My mom step-dad have lived there for years. It's nice and quiet. Only downer is that laundry is not in the unit itself.
I've been here for over six years and agree that it's a great place to live. It's within easy walking distance to NMU, the hospital and medical center, and downtown Marquette.
