Who runs this place!? The manager behind the counter with a cig between her fingers?! Then food was terrible, old and cold...stale buns and dried out fish sandwich. Didnt realize a medium fry came with only 10 fries either. So disappointed in the customer service as well. All around experience with the dirty tables and walls was a negative 2

There is a new BK opening soon by Lowell's in Marquette; however, the old BK on Washington Street will also remain open. The Washington Street one the food is hit & miss. The fries are not very good no matter what and very over salted and the onion rings are always very solid (over cooked). Whoppers are still decent, but do not plan on taking it home and re-heating because the patties they now use are so thin that re-heating them hardens them up a bit. Sometimes their "grill" is out of service and they do not carry the hotdogs. Most staff is friendly though. Yes, the place needs a huge remodel, but maybe the owner should just shut the old one down once the new place opens.
My wife and I's favorite place to eat. Quiet and clean.
Fast service in Marquette, friendly atmosphere, they should have more tables for just two people though. I usually go alone there. Kids will be too loud while eating.
