I Love what they do to help those with disabilities. I cannot believe the over priced items . You could buy new, on sale items for the same price if not lower. The store smells funny.
If you happen to get something defective like two gloves for one hand, they won't refund your money even if it's 5 minutes later. They give you an in-store refund that has to be used the same day. So if you can't find anything else you want, you're out of luck.
Their mission and how they help local communities is great. Most of the time, you can score pretty good deals there. They rotate their stock continually through the day so if they don't have what you're looking for, keep checking back, they'll have it eventually.
Fun place for an inexpensive wardrobe change. The staff is super friendly.
