After we bought the appliances, I had no idea that extra materials would be needed to install the water line in the fridge. It costs us another trip to buy those. Whoever worked in that Dept was beyond rude and not pleasant to work with. I felt entirley snubbed after spending $3,000 plus. I will not be buying appliances ever again at Lowes.
Bought a fridge, range, microwave, washer and dryer. Staff were less than curtious and were openly annoyed at us when we called asking if our appliances we're available for pickup. (Weeks after the order) They informed us it was ready and we told them we would be in to pick it all up HOURS a head of time. ( We we're told to allow half hour so they could bring it out from the back) We informed when we arrived that they didn't have enough staff to accommodate "bringing it up front for pickup".
Good merchandise and prices. Second to Menard across the street.

Went to local store to get a carpet cleaner. Online it said they had them in stock. They didnt! Seems like everytime I go to the Marquette store to get something, they are out of stock! I see things in the sale flyer and go to the store but they dont have any!
Lowe's online says free delivery.. then you go to the store and they want $50 - $60 for delivery. I'll go to Best Buy
