I went here a couple years back for service and whoever was behind the counter back then was arrogant and made you feel like it was a hassle for them to provide customer service. I stayed away and heard that other customers had the same experience and also went elsewhere.
I decided to give them another try when I needed a new spare chain and a sharpening of my old chain for my Stihl. Todd was behind the counter this time and the difference was night and day. He hooked me up with a new chain, installed it when he took my old chain off for sharpening, and even did a quick clean up job on my saw. Todd also gave me good info on my questions regarding a possible chainsaw purchase. Todd even called me the next day to remind me my chain was sharpened and ready for pick-up. That's friendly, quality customer service. I will be back for future business.
