Customer service is bad. And one of their employees went into my account changed my last name slandering me and defaming my character.
I bought some soil for my houseplants, the soil contained FUNGUS NYMPHS which have destroyed all my house plants, hundreds of dollars of plants AND they are flying all around my house hatching hundreds of eggs DAILY. I cannot even begin to describe this nightmare. I also bought some LED light bulbs and 7 out of the 16 immediatley broke after being turned on only a couple times, they just burned out! I cannot believe my horrible shopping experience at Menards! This is by far the worst shopping experience of my life :( Words cannot describe this horrible experience!
I really like this store they have such a wide variety of things. Everything from household supplies to plumbing supplies and food supplies. Highly recommend it
All menards should have to bag your things that you buy all other store do plus it's gives a personal touch to the service.
