Person serving us was very short and snippy with us. We had a special order and we gave a special order and asked when it could be done. We came that day and time, but they we're very unhappy. We had a HUGE order, which meant extra free food came with it. We had to remind them about it.
I live in New Mexico now, born and raised Michigander. Left after university. I started thinking about “Pasty’s” looked up several places that ship. The delicious arrival came perfect! They taste and smell exactly like my childhood . A trip back in time .... Thank you

Received frozen pasties as a gift from good friends. I found a problem and called about it. The first person I spoke with listened to me, and responded that the meat used was pork button. My complaint was that the meat was in very large chunks and neither of us we able to cut them, much less chew them. He then called someone else to the phone and she told me the meat was beef which they received in large batches, then put through a grinder and could not understand how that had happened. She explained that her boss was out of town, but he or she would definitely call on Monday. Well, it has now been nearly two weeks, and I still have not heard. It is sad how so called customer service appears to be a thing of the past. I did not want my friends to know. This was such a lovely gift from them, one they could I'll afford. I do not want them to know it was so disappointing. As a former Michiganer i have always loved pasties. Sorry.
