Extremely disappointed in main Street pizza Harvey,MI location. Today I called to put in an order. I was put on hold, then apparently forgotten about. I sat there on the phone listening to the workers taking other orders. Half hour later still on hold I walked in the restaurant, finally get service and explain the situation. No srry or let me do something to correct the issue or coupon nothing. They just made us pay upfront and then was told it's be 30mins. Workers were standing around giving me attitude! I'm so so disappointed. Not the first time I've felt I've been put on the back burner. Especially since I come here quite often. People need to remember that you treat your customers properly because we are the reason you have a place to work.
It's a little small there and I know they were very busy my French fries were cold when they were served to me but I still have to give them props my brat was out of this world
I absolutely love the pizza here but the workers arent friendly whatsoever at the one in Harvey. Why are the girls wearing their hair down while they're making my pizza especially when it's past their shoulders? The workers are always rude and the "manager" was messing around on his phone while I was waiting for pizza slices...the slices were already ready to go....on the plate...all he had to do was bring them over but he was knees deep in his phone. Like i said the pizza is delicious but the workers have no customer service experience clearly.
Busy place just call ahead on your pizza and it's ready when you get there, price is great too!
Good food, good service. Employee was attentive, professional and courteous.
