Delicious meal and amazing coffee. Service was nice, and atmosphere is unique. Overall a highly enjoyable experience!

The best meal I've had in a long time! I highly recommend the weiner schnitzel.

This isn't your typical small town German restaurant. The food is outstanding, cocktails well crafted, and the cozy confines aren't kitch covered. The simple menu is fabulous (you can't go wrong with any of the entrees) and the portion sizes are generous. Oh, and it's farm-to-table. One of our favorite spots in town and where we always bring visitors.

If i could give this place a 0 I would, purely because of the service. I come to Marquette quite a bit for work and enjoy trying different restaurants in the area. Unless you are a local, I say stay away from this place. I got there on a Monday night and sat at the bar. There was one other person at the bar so I sat toward the middle. A couple came in that were friends with the one person so I agreed to move down to accommodate them. I ordered a beer and the charcuterie plate. Food and beer was good. After a little bit another friend popped in and I was asked to move down to the end. There was a serving area at the end of the bar so I was pushed against that and the girl joining the group. The girl stood with her friends leaving the chair empty. I ordered the bratwurst then went to the bathroom. When I got back, there was some guy, who was obviously a friend of the bartender, sitting in the girls chair. They had pushed my chair all the way at the end of the bar to the point where the bartender had to take away the serving mat for drinks to accommodate my dinner coming up. The waitress piled empty glasses right in front of me. I cancelled my food order and will find someplace else to eat. If you are a local, by all means go to this place, seems like you will be served well. I have a feeling the good reviews are from people that live in Marquette. If you are from out of town, there are a number of better places here that will welcome you

Probably the #1 stop for foodies who are in the area. The vibe of this place is so unique and hard to find in such a small town. It is a little on the small side, but the size of the restaurant combined with the quasi-open kitchen gives it a very personalized vibe. Food is always amazing, house made, and most is grown on their farm. There are options for various dietary restrictions as well. Waitstaff and bartenders are knowledgeable and you can tell they all take their jobs seriously and love what they do. Drinks are amazing and creative, they make a lot of their own syrups. Definitely one of the best places to go for date night, this place is a stand-out in MQT.
