The reception and sercice is inferior.
Now i am told once again they are.not in stock but the rep. now adds that my contract does not provide this service but maybe it would go thru some third party website. What??? That is not mentioned in my purchase contract and why have i been strung along so long?? I am extremely unhappy with this treatment. I have been with Verizon for 27 years.
I was pretty impressed with the level of service I got at the store near the mall today. Brandon was the employee that helped me out. The service was fast and he really went out of his way to make sure what I needed happened. He was very professional, and I am definitely going to recommend him to friends who have phone issues (the issues I had were not related to verizon, but Verizon seems to be the solution so far).
Had the worst customer service ever! Went in for a glass screen protector for an iPhone 7plus the guy who we talked to was so rude right when we walked in he gave nothing but attitude. He said that I had to send a request online threw a third party never have I heard that before....I get unlimited screen protectors I've gotten it switched once and never had a problem so why give me attitude for a screen protector? Won't recommend this place with rude employees just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you have to give some attitude, being able to help your costumers and make sure they are helped properly is your job.
Time to go to another service!!!!
I have a Droidd 6.0. it came with a glass protector with a promise of a one time glass protector replacement.
I cracked the shield 6 months ago, I have visited the Marquette MI store 3 times and was told they were out of stock and to please return again.
Very friendly, professional and courteous. I learned of a special currently being offered that I was unaware of, too.
I called twice about my phone not charging. Melissa answered and hung up on me twice while i was trying to get information. I called a third time and a different employee answered and was more helpful and gave me some options. However, when I asked for a customer service number he played dumb as if this isn't a publicly traded company that obviously has another number. He did eventually give me the number. Hopefully things go better when I stop in since you cant hang up when they're right in front of you.
